TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of EarnOra, including any content, features, functionality, and services offered on or through our platform (collectively, the "Service"). By using EarnOra, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Service thereafter. Your continued use of EarnOra following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

You are expected to check this page regularly so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your account.

To use EarnOra, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or at least 13 years old with parental consent
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• English Proficiency: You must understand and be able to read English
• Geographic Restrictions: You must not be located in a country where our services are prohibited by law
• Previous Bans: You must not have been previously banned or suspended from EarnOra

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of these eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all requirements, you must not access or use EarnOra.

We reserve the right to verify your age, identity, and eligibility at any time through documentation requests or identity verification services.

Account Creation Requirements

When you create an account with EarnOra, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
• Use your real and accurate personal information, including your legal name
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

One Account Per Person Policy

Each person is permitted only ONE (1) account. Multiple accounts per household are allowed, but each must belong to a different person and may require identity verification through government-issued ID or facial recognition to confirm distinct identities.

Creating, operating, or attempting to create multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Violations will result in:

• Immediate suspension and termination of all associated accounts
• Permanent forfeiture of all pending and future earnings across all accounts
• Permanent ban from the platform with no eligibility for reinstatement
• Possible legal action for fraud and recovery of any payments issued

Fraud Detection Systems

We employ advanced detection systems to identify multiple accounts and fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

• IP address tracking and analysis
• Payment method verification
• Cross-reference with other fraud databases

Account Security

You must treat your account credentials as confidential and must not disclose them to any other person. You acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to EarnOra using your username, password, or other security information.

You agree to exit your account at the end of each session and use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to disable, suspend, or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraudulent behavior, or at our sole discretion without prior notice or compensation.

When using EarnOra, you agree that you will NOT engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Fraud and Deceptive Practices

• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or attempting to create more than one account per person
• False Information: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or offer completion
• Identity Fraud: Using another person's name, address, phone number, email, or payment information
• Stolen Credentials: Using stolen credit cards or payment methods to complete offers
• Offer Manipulation: Completing the same offer multiple times unless explicitly permitted
• Early Cancellation: Canceling offers, trials, or subscriptions immediately after receiving credit
• Referral Fraud: Creating fake referrals, referring yourself, or manipulating the referral system

Automation and System Abuse

• Bots and Scripts: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any automation tools to complete tasks or simulate human activity
• VPN/Proxy Abuse: Using VPNs, proxies, or location-spoofing tools to access offers not available in your region or to mask your identity
• System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or abuse platform features, bugs, or vulnerabilities
• Automated Clicks: Using any software or device to automate clicks, movements, or interactions

Network and Connection Restrictions

• Proxy IPs: You must not sign up or log in from proxy IP addresses
• Public Connections: Login from mobile phones and public internet connections (schools, libraries, Wi-Fi hotspots) is allowed, but certain features may be restricted
• VoIP Numbers: You may not use internet voicemail, Google Voice, or VoIP phone numbers on your account
• Fake SMS Services: You may not use temporary or fake SMS numbers for verification

Account Sharing and Transfer

• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with others
• Account Sales: Selling, trading, or transferring your account to another person
• Household Restrictions: Referring users from the same household (separate household members may create their own accounts but cannot refer each other)

System Interference and Security

• Hacking: Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• DDoS Attacks: Launching denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks
• Malware: Introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code
• System Disruption: Interfering with the proper working of the platform or other users' experience

Communication Violations

• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or spam to other users
• Unsolicited Marketing: Promoting referral links through spam, mass emails, or unauthorized methods
• Impersonation: Impersonating EarnOra staff, other users, or any person or entity

Survey and Content Violations

• Confidential Information: Sharing or using confidential information obtained through surveys or offers
• Survey Manipulation: Manipulating survey results or providing dishonest responses
• Repeat Completions: Completing offers you have already completed on other platforms (cross-site fraud)

Illegal Activities

• Illegal Purposes: Using the platform for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws
• Minor Exploitation: Any activity that exploits or harms minors
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff

Consequences of Violations

Any violation of these prohibited activities will result in:

• Immediate account suspension or termination without warning
• Forfeiture of all earnings (whether reversed by advertisers or not)
• Cancellation of all pending withdrawals and orders
• Permanent ban from creating future accounts
• Possible legal action and cooperation with law enforcement
• Liability for damages, including up to $5 per spam email sent

Anyone caught cheating, committing fraud, or violating these terms in any capacity will no longer be protected by these Terms of Service and may be held legally liable.

How the Platform Works

EarnOra connects users with paid tasks, offers, and advertising opportunities from third-party partners. Available activities may include:

• Surveys and questionnaires
• Mobile app installations and trials
• Website visits and sign-ups
• Video watching and engagement
• Product trials and subscriptions
• Shopping and cashback offers
• Daily clicks and recurring tasks
• Other promotional and marketing activities

Task Completion Requirements

To receive credit for completed tasks, you must:

• Follow all task instructions accurately and completely
• Complete tasks honestly, genuinely, and in good faith
• Meet all requirements specified by the task provider
• Use your own accurate information (not false or borrowed information)
• Complete offers only in your own name
• Allow sufficient time for tracking and verification (typically 24-72 hours, may be longer)
• Fulfill all offer requirements before canceling trials or subscriptions

Credit and Earnings Policy

Important: We do not guarantee credit for all offers. Credits are awarded only after:

• Successful completion of all offer requirements
• Verification by our systems and/or the advertiser
• Confirmation that the offer has been validated and paid by the advertiser to us
• No fraudulent activity or terms violations are detected

You understand and acknowledge that:

• Credits are deposited after verification, which may take hours, days, or weeks
• EarnOra and/or third-party partners make the final determination of successful completion
• We reserve the right to hold offer credits for up to 90 days after completion for verification
• We are not responsible for offers that fail to credit due to advertiser issues, tracking problems, or technical errors
• Offers may only be completed once unless indicated otherwise (daily surveys, recurring tasks, etc.)
• You may not repeat offers on EarnOra that you have completed on other platforms

Credit Adjustments and Reversals

We reserve the right to:

• Adjust, reduce, or revoke credits for incomplete, fraudulent, or improperly completed offers
• Reverse credits if advertisers reverse payment or determine offers were not properly completed
• Refuse credit for any reason, including fraud, system abuse, or early termination
• Change or limit offers, credit amounts, and availability at any time
• Modify eligibility requirements and allowable frequency of offers

Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

Occasionally, advertisers may reverse or chargeback payments for completed offers. This is a normal part of the advertising ecosystem and can happen for various reasons beyond your control, such as advertiser budget changes, tracking issues, or quality checks.

For Legitimate Users:

We understand that legitimate users may experience occasional chargebacks through no fault of their own. If you complete offers honestly and in good faith, occasional chargebacks will not result in account penalties or termination. You may continue using the platform normally.

Suspicious Chargeback Patterns:

However, we actively monitor for suspicious chargeback patterns that may indicate fraudulent activity, low-quality completions, or terms violations. Red flags include but are not limited to:

• High percentage of chargebacks relative to completed offers (e.g., 50% or more of your offers being reversed)
• Excessive number of chargebacks in a short time period (e.g., 10+ chargebacks within a few weeks)
• Pattern of immediate or near-simultaneous chargebacks (e.g., completing 10 offers and having all 10 reversed within days)
• Consistent chargebacks from multiple different advertisers
• Chargebacks combined with other suspicious activity or terms violations

Investigation and Account Action:

If suspicious chargeback patterns are detected, we reserve the right to:

• Investigate your account and offer completion methods
• Hold pending payments for extended verification periods
• Request additional verification or documentation
• Restrict access to certain offers or features
• Suspend or terminate your account if fraud or violations are confirmed
• Void any pending credits or earnings associated with suspicious activity

Our goal is to protect legitimate users while preventing abuse of the platform. We understand that chargebacks happen, and we will not penalize honest users for circumstances beyond their control.

Task Availability

Task availability, types, and credit values vary based on:

• Your geographic location and country
• Your demographics and profile information
• Advertiser demand and campaign budgets
• Time of day and seasonality

We do not guarantee:

• A specific number of available tasks at any time
• Any minimum earnings potential
• That tasks will always be available
• Consistent credit values for similar tasks

Voluntary Participation

You understand that you are completing all offers on a voluntary basis with no guaranteed credit or compensation for time spent. No employment, contractor, or service relationship is created between you and EarnOra.

Payment Methods

We offer various withdrawal methods including, but not limited to:

• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Litecoin, etc.)
• Gift cards (Roblox)
• Other payment options depending on your location

Withdrawal Requirements and Conditions

• Minimum Thresholds: Each payment method has minimum withdrawal thresholds that must be met
• Account Standing: Your account must be in good standing with no violations or suspicious activity
• Valid Payment Address: You must provide a valid withdrawal address or account for the chosen method
• Identity Verification: Verification may be required, especially for first-time or large withdrawals
• Processing Time: Standard processing time is 2-7 business days but may vary by payment method
• Incomplete Information: We cannot process payments to accounts with incomplete or inaccurate information

Payment Processing and Validation

Before processing withdrawals, accounts are audited and validated to ensure:

• No fraud has taken place
• All account information is current, complete, and accurate
• All earnings were legitimately acquired
• No terms of service violations have occurred

We reserve the right to:

• Delay payments for additional security reviews or verification
• Request additional documentation before processing withdrawals

Payment Holding and Verification Periods

To protect the platform and ensure all earnings are legitimate, we implement verification and holding periods for payments:

Standard Holding Period:

• We may hold credits for up to 90 days after offer completion for verification purposes
• This allows time for advertisers to validate completions and process payments to us
• Credits will be released once verification is complete and advertiser payment is received

Extended Holds for Security:

In certain circumstances, we may extend holding periods beyond the standard timeframe, including but not limited to:

• First-time withdrawals or new accounts (additional verification required)
• Large withdrawal amounts that exceed normal activity patterns
• Accounts with unusual chargeback patterns or activity
• Pending advertiser payment or verification delays
• Suspected fraud, abuse, or terms violations under investigation
• Identity or address verification in progress

These holding periods are necessary to prevent fraud, protect legitimate users, and ensure we have received payment from advertisers before distributing funds. We appreciate your patience and understanding during verification processes.

Payment Delays and Dependencies

Payment from offers is only made after verification and after advertisers have paid EarnOra. There are occasional delays in receiving commissions from advertisers. By participating, you understand and acknowledge that:

• No payment shall be made until EarnOra has received payment from advertisers
• EarnOra will never be deemed as owing payment to any member until advertiser payment is received
• Processing times may extend beyond stated estimates due to advertiser delays

Processing Fees

Payment processing fees may apply depending on the withdrawal method chosen. Fees (if any) will be clearly displayed before you confirm your withdrawal.

Finality of Withdrawals

All withdrawals are final. Once processed:

• No re-crediting, reversal, or refund will be issued for any reason
• You may not cancel or reverse the withdrawal
• You may not return the payment for a refund or re-crediting
• Credits cannot be restored to your account

Forfeiture of Earnings

Earnings may be forfeited in the following cases:

• Terms of Service violations
• Fraudulent activity or multiple account detection
• Account termination for cause
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Refusal to provide required verification documents
• Refusal to provide required tax forms
• Inactive accounts (see Section 8)
• Detection of any prohibited activities

Inactive Account Policy

If you do not log into your account (via website or mobile app) for more than four (4) consecutive months, your account may be deemed inactive. EarnOra reserves the right to:

• Lock all remaining credits and cash in inactive accounts
• Restrict access to certain features
• Close the account after extended inactivity

Reactivation Process

Locked credits become available again once you:

• Log back into your account
• Earn the same amount of credits by referring new members or completing new offers

Once unlocked, you can redeem the previously locked credits. Any newly earned credits in active accounts can be redeemed at any time.

Credit Expiration

We may adopt or modify credit expiration rules and policies from time to time. If your credits expire pursuant to our current policies, we may remove such credits from your account without any compensation or obligation to you.

If you have questions or wish to request reactivation or re-crediting (subject to our discretion and applicable terms), please contact support.

EarnOra may offer a referral program allowing users to earn bonuses by inviting new users to the platform.

Referral Program Rules

• Genuine Referrals Only: Referrals must be real people who have never used EarnOra before
• No Self-Referrals: You may not refer yourself or create accounts to refer
• No Fake Referrals: Creating or using fake accounts as referrals is strictly prohibited
• Household Restrictions: Referring users from the same household is prohibited
• No Spam: You may not promote referral links through spam, unsolicited emails, or unauthorized mass communication

Referral Fraud Consequences

Referral fraud will result in:

• Immediate account termination
• Forfeiture of all referral bonuses and earnings
• Permanent ban from the platform
• Possible legal action

Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice or compensation to you.
